All items are made to order based on the measurements you provide, so exchanges are not possible.

However, if an item doesn’t fit quite right, it can be adjusted free of charge, or a new one will be made for you. Please message me on Instagram or email info@tietenliefde.nl within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number. The item must be in its original condition; bottoms must not have been worn.

Since there’s no stock and all items are handmade to order, it takes a bit longer to receive your Tietenliefde lingerie. Production time is up to three weeks from the moment I receive your measurements. Shipping within the Netherlands takes two to three business days once your order is ready, making the total delivery time up to four weeks.

Hand wash your lingerie in cold or lukewarm water. These are delicate fabrics, so handle with care and use a mild soap. Do not wring out the lingerie, and never put it in the dryer. Lay flat or hang to dry.
